My name is Roda May Tagapulot, 31, from Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental, Philippines. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, majoring in Financial Management, and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. I have 7 years of experience working in retail store operations, where I handled financial flow, created sales invoices, recorded sales in journals, and prepared daily sales reports.
I love working with numbers, so I decided to become a bookkeeper. To prepare, I completed an online training in QuickBooks Online and Xero, where I learned to do invoicing, billing, bank reconciliation, track income and expenses, connect bank accounts, manage bills and payments, and preparation of reports.
I’m also comfortable with technology and skilled in Microsoft Office and Google tools, especially Google Sheets, which I use after exporting data from QuickBooks Online and Xero Bookkeeping.
