1. Scope of Services
As an SEO freelancer, I provide search engine optimisation services as outlined in the agreed proposal, package, or contract. Services may include technical SEO, on-page optimisation, content optimisation, keyword research, audits, and performance tracking.
Any work outside the agreed scope will require prior discussion and approval.
2. SEO Process & Expectations
SEO is a long-term & results vary depending on factors such as competition, industry, website history, and search engine algorithm updates. While initial improvements may be seen within a few weeks, meaningful and sustainable results typically take 3–6 months or longer.
Specific rankings, traffic increases, or revenue outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
3. Payment Terms
All payments are required in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments may be monthly or project-based. Late or missed payments may result in a pause or termination of services until payment is received.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely access to their website, hosting, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and any other required tools or content. Delays in access, approvals, or feedback may impact timelines and results.
5. Communication & Reporting
Communication will take place via email, agreed messaging platforms, or scheduled calls. Regular updates and performance reports will be provided based on the selected service package or agreement.
6. Ethical SEO Practices
Only white-hat, search engine–compliant SEO techniques are used. No spam, manipulative tactics, or black-hat methods are implemented. All strategies align with Google’s best practices for long-term growth.
7. Revisions & Changes
Reasonable revisions are included within the agreed scope of work. Any significant changes, additional tasks, or new requests may require an updated agreement or additional fees.

All client information, data, login credentials, and project d
