oh! my . . . good CAD / BIM
ohCAD is the culmination of 30+ years of doing Architectural Drafting/Visualization & 3D modeling . . . these days referred to as BIM.
•Founded in 1992 as zedstudioz we have done a multitude of media about Architectural Design.
•Focusing on Autodesk Revit we use the tools to help our clients to create good, smart Design for their residential projects. Listening carefully to our client's goals then consulting with the builders of the project, we use the parametric tools to create documentation sets which are submittable to planning departments or design review boards.
• This is BIM; however it is little BIM, with an emphasis on the artistic soul of the project; done artfully but with precision and within clearly delineated budgets and time frames.
• 6+ years with Revit have honed my methods, but 30+ years have created a perspective that is honed in the real world (deadline driven) yet retain a quality that was born out of a couple decades of Architectural Visualization for high end clients such as : : Mobius, Adidas, Sierra Designs, Zenboxdesign, Opsis Architects, to name but a few.
