My home office is quiet and set up for me perfectly with cable internet, desk top CPU, unlimited long distance calling plan, platronics headset and printer with fax capability if necessary. Very comfortable in diagnosing and can repair most computer issues. Typing skills are marginal. Familiar with Microsoft word, Excel spreadsheet, and Quick books,
respond to heavy email traffic daily, enjoy video conferencing with chat room, able to multitask while speaking with customers. If there is a question I am not sure of I can research and problem solve by reaching out to support system and internet. I strive to be an effective communicator that uses a technical and customer service background to assist and guide customers through decision making processes and negotiate issues with problem solving abilities, to result in complete customer satisfaction.

Completed all training with a professional attitude, in a timely way. Met all sales goals and targets, always complimented on my phone voice and style. Your consideration for the position would be greatly appreciated.

Just a little background. I graduated from high school with a technical background from Forbes Road East Vo-Tech to be an electrician. My very first job at age 16 was that as a busboy, I eventually supervised the grill, however that seemed to mundane so I attended I.U.P.'s (Indiana University of PA) Pre-Med program mainly because no one thought I could do it, I averaged a B standing. Got married very young at the age of 20, started working and never went back to I.U.P. After leaving I.U.P. started working in construction pouring concrete as a laborer for foundations, floors and sidewalks. I thought carpenters running around in shorts with work aprons and that looked more interesting so I started on a carpentry crew. I went from laborer to foreman to owner/contractor of own company employing anywhere from 5 - 8 employees at a time. After many years of working I had to have both knees replaced, had
