My aim is to help my client achieve their goal by means of providing excellent service through either customer service and multi tasking. In that way I will also be able to help my family in our financial needs.

I've been in the call center industry since year 2006 as either a Technical Support Representative, a Customer Service Representative, or a back of house officer, I've been doing administrative tasks as well. Because of my extensive experience handling different tasks I was also assigned to manage an area for a Carpet Cleaning Company in Australia. This enhanced my capability more of dealing with customers, clients, technicians through phone, email or chat. I have been dealing with Australian and American clients. I am very passionate when it comes to work that's why quality is always there. I am a flexible person and can multitask. I am very keen to details. I would like to venture into an online business, home based jobs to maximize my time and earnings for my family instead of wasting a few hours of my time traveling just to go to work.

I've worked as a Customer Service Expert, VA, and a Content writer.

Work Terms

Schedule: Preferably to work during the day time Philippine Standard Time but I can always be flexible when needed.

Rate: $8-$10 per hour
