I have ten years experience as a Union Vice President and Steward with the American Federation of Government Employees. I have experience negotiating labor contracts and interest based bargaining. I have engaged in numerous mediation's and have experience in a representational capacity in the Federal EEO arena as well as Merit System Protection Board. I have represented clients in arbitration's as well. I have engaged in legal research as a condition of my position. I have been trained and engaged in workers compensation claims. My best skills are analyzing contracts, mediation, and am a skilled negotiator. I have been President of an entertainment company where I negotiated performer contracts and assisted foreign artists in obtaining work permits and visa's.
