Hi, I’m Muhammad Saad, the lead developer behind Saad Tech Studio.
We work with clients who need practical web development, automation, AI/ML support, and digital content solutions. My main focus is Full Stack development — building frontend interfaces, backend APIs, dashboards, databases, authentication systems, and deployment-ready web applications.
For AI/ML and data-related work, I collaborate with an ML-focused team member. I stay responsible for client communication, requirement clarity, milestone planning, and final delivery, so the project stays organized from start to finish.

Work Terms
Availability:
I work on a scheduled basis and can usually dedicate 10–20 hours per week, depending on the project scope, deadline, and current workload. For larger projects, availability can be discussed before starting.
Communication:
All communication will be handled through Guru messages/WorkRoom. I provide regular progress updates and keep the client informed about milestones, questions, and blockers.
Payment:
For fixed-price projects, SafePay-funded milestones are preferred before work begins. Larger projects can be divided into smaller milestones with clear deliverables. Hourly projects will be billed according to the agreed terms.
Process:
Requirement review → scope confirmation → milestone setup → development/design → client review → revisions within agreed scope → final delivery/handover.
Revisions & Scope:
Revisions are included for changes related to the agreed scope. New features, major changes, or extra requirements after approval will be treated as additional work and may require a new milestone or updated quote.
Timeline & Delivery:
Timelines depend on the agreed scope, timely feedback, and required materials from the client. Final files, source code, documents, or project assets will be delivered based on the agreed-upon deliverables.
