I am a Python and R expert with more inclination towards Data Science and Genomic data analysis. I have skills related to data science methodologies including data understanding, data requirements, data collection, data preparation, data modeling, and data deployment. My strengths are underlain by technical skills such as exploratory data analysis, data cleaning, data preprocessing, correlation analysis, relationship analysis, data visualization, machine learning, and deep learning. I also have the ability to write a thorough and scientific data analysis report for a particular dataset that will including exploratory data analysis, visuals, machine learning models and outcomes.
I also have the expertise with medical and biological data, and in genomics, bioinformatics, and biological sciences. In biological sciences, I have worked with projects involving downstream analysis, NGS, microarray, designing guides for CRISPR/CAS, metagenomics, downstream pipelining, scripts for analysis of biological data, clinical research, and designing primers for target gene amplification.
For my education part, I have a Master's degree in Computer Sciences.
