Work Terms

Terms of Work and Service:
All projects follow two stages:
1. Logo design: After purchase, you will receive a form to share your ideas (e.g. name, colours, symbols). By the agreed deadline, I will deliver two logo concepts in PDF format for your approval.
2. Brand identity: once the logo has been approved, a new form will be sent to you to provide details such as typography, colours and extras included in your package. Final files are delivered via Google Drive.


Deadlines:

Full payment: Seven business days (logo stage).

50% upfront: 10 business days (logo stage).

Brand identity stage: five business days after logo approval.

Minor revisions: Three business days.


Payment:
Payments are made exclusively through PayPal.
Revisions:
You are entitled to three small revisions (colours, fonts and positions). Any major changes (icon, name or full redesign) will be charged at $14 per revision or considered a new project.
Files
Final delivery includes AI, PDF (vector), PNG (transparent) and JPG files. The files are fully editable in Adobe Illustrator.
Originality:
All designs are created from scratch and are 100% vectorised and plagiarism-free.
Refund Policy:
Within seven days of purchase: full refund. After seven days, no refunds are available, as time and creative effort have been invested.
