Founded Gnaan.AI to institutionalize AI governance as a specialist discipline, offering end-to-end consulting from ISO/IEC 42001 gap analysis through certified AIMS maturity, CMMI appraisal, unified compliance (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR), and CMMC 2.0 readiness. Lead all ISO/IEC 42001 client engagements personally as a PECB-certified Senior Lead Auditor, designing AI risk registers and audit-ready evidence packages. Deliver a structured 36-week AIMS implementation roadmap and operate as vCISO/AI Governance advisor to enterprise clients in finance, healthcare, and insurance.

Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
Based in India (IST), offering full and reliable overlap with EST business hours. Available to commit 20–30 hours per week, and ready to begin the initial time-bounded practical assignments.

Payment Terms:
Standard Upwork hourly or milestone-based billing. I am fully aligned with starting on a paid, time-bounded practical assignment using sanitized data before transitioning into a longer-term weekly contract.

Preferred Communication Style:
Clear, direct, and outcome-focused. I thrive in asynchronous environments and am highly comfortable working independently from raw materials, call transcripts, or brief voice notes without needing constant guidance. For feedback and iterations, I prefer concise, structural notes that I can immediately use to refine my workflows and deliver executive-ready artifacts.
