Currently based in Hanoi, Vietnam, Sadia is working as a consultant for organizations based in Hanoi and supporting them to deliver customer service solutions.
Sadia has served as the Director of Leadership and Innovation at Leaping Boundaries and supported in the organization development while building capacity of the youth of Bangladesh on the basis of Authentic Leadership.
She was also the Fellowship Coordinator for HerStory Foundation where she was managing the first cohort of Fellows for the HerStory Reading Fellowship.
Sadia is a dreamer, a strategizer and a conscious leader. She has significant facilitation and training experience as well as diversified experience in the Education sector having worked with organizations like Sesame Workshop Bangladesh and Teach For Bangladesh.
Sadia is an alumna of a fellowship program offered by Teach for Bangladesh, she also founded a project called The Left Side Classroom and won the Telenor Youth Forum 2015 for it. She graduated with a Bachelors in Science in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from BRAC University, and is currently pursuing a Masters in Education from Institute of Educational Development, BRAC University and a MBA in Management from University of Dhaka.

Work Terms

I prefer to work 8 hours a day (and can work around your timezone) and I prefer to be paid by Western Union/Moneygram with 2 weeks of completed and approved work. I prefer to communicate over email (for instructions and feedback and professional terms and conditions) and WhatsApp for more impromptu and urgent communications. I am comfortable with any other communication channel as needed by client.
