I am Sadina. Mother of two beautiful children, a nagging wife, a terrible driver BUT an excellent customer support specialist! I have been working on this field for 8 years. I have worked for two USA based e-commerce companies. One is called Doodle Hog a children's toy company. I worked there for 5 years. The 2nd company has multiple brands under it, I worked there for 3 years. I mainly took care of IntimateRose which sells medical devices and food supplements and another brand is Aged and Charred that sells bar accessories. I know Amazon seller central, Walmart, Ebay, Faire, Shopify, Helpscout, Shipstation and many more platforms, apps and software's that was used by both companies. I was the first hand complained receiver and customer solution provider. I am extremely detailed oriented. I create weekly reports, I keep track of negative reviews, I maintain communication with all other departments. I am good at creating SOPs. I can use ChatGPT and Gemini. Because of my long experience I am very quick to learn and I do not need much supervision. I am okay with weekly calls/meetings.
