Work Terms

**Work Terms**

1. **Communication:** I value clear and open communication. You can communicate to me through Guru's messaging system, or any agreed-upon platform. I strive to respond promptly and keep you updated on the progress of our project.

2. **Project Scope:** Before starting any project, we'll define the scope and deliverables together. I'll provide a detailed proposal outlining the timeline, milestones, and pricing for your approval.

3. **Revisions:** I'm committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Depending on the project's complexity, I offer a reasonable number of revisions to fine-tune the designs until they meet your expectations.

4. **Files and Formats:** Once the project is complete, I'll deliver the final files in the agreed-upon formats. For KDP interiors, I provide print-ready PDFs. Book covers can be delivered in multiple formats, such as JPEG or PNG, for both digital and print use. Clipart files will be delivered in high-resolution PNG format.

5. **Copyright and Ownership:** Upon full payment, you will own the rights to use the designs for your intended purposes. However, I retain the right to showcase the work in my portfolio and promotional materials, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

6. **Confidentiality:** Your ideas and information are safe with me. I will respect the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive material shared during the course of the project.

7. **Payments:** I accept payments through Guru's secure platform. For larger projects, we may set up milestone payments, with a percentage of the total fee due upfront.
