Work Terms
I charge 10 dollar per hour. as condition of work base.Scope of Work: The scope of work includes all graphic design services as agreed upon between the client and the designer. This encompasses the creation of visual concepts, layouts, and designs for various mediums.
Payment: Payment terms will be outlined in the agreement between the client and the designer. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the project.
Revision Policy: A specified number of revisions will be included in the agreed-upon fee. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. Revisions requested beyond the agreed scope of work will be billed at an hourly rate.
Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, the client will have ownership of the final design(s). The designer retains the right to showcase the work in their portfolio or for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
Deadlines: Both parties will agree upon project timelines. Delays caused by the client may impact deadlines and project schedules.
Communication: Open and clear communication is essential throughout the project. The client agrees to provide timely feedback and necessary materials to facilitate the design process.
Termination: Either party reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the other party breaches its terms. In such cases, any unpaid fees for work completed will be due immediately.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the course of the project.
By engaging the services of the designer, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
