Work Terms
Availability & Responsiveness
I’m available 7 days a week for new project discussions and ongoing work. I try to respond promptly—usually within a few hours—because I know waiting on updates can be frustrating.
Communication
Clear communication matters to me. All project discussions and decisions are kept on the Guru message board so everything stays documented and transparent. During active projects, I share regular progress updates and check in at key milestones so you’re never left wondering where things stand.
Payments & Milestones
Work is structured either as fixed-price milestones or hourly engagement, depending on what makes the most sense for your project. I ask that Guru escrow is funded before work begins, and payments are released once each milestone is reviewed and approved. This keeps things fair and secure for both of us.
Confidentiality & Trust
Any information you share is treated with full confidentiality. I’m comfortable signing an NDA whenever required and take data protection seriously.
My goal is to make the process feel steady, transparent, and stress-free—so you can focus on your business while I focus on delivering the work properly.
