I have the ability to design pages and work on several programs, including Photoshop, After Effects, sounds programs, Illustrator, and Premiereer program, and I have several skills.
In designing pages and logos, I have the skill of montage for films
I have skills to deal with customers such as patience and listening, product knowledge, successful delivery skill, ability to use positive language, time management skill, ability to read customers, goal-oriented focus, skill of adherence, persuasion skills, ability to complete the conversation to be clear, this matter has nothing to do with sales, closing or other Related terms. Being able to "complete" with a client means being able to end the conversation while making sure that the customer is satisfied (or as close as possible to that) and with the customer feeling that everything has been taken care of (or will be done).
Despite my many conversations supported by research about the reasons why you, as a member of the support team, have to spend a lot of time with the customer, but there are limits, and you must pay attention to customer service and help him reach the required answer in an effective way. The idea here is to shorten the time when you realize that you simply cannot help the customer. If you don't know the solution to his problem, the best thing to do is direct the customer to another employee who knows the solution.
Hanging up the conversation after a customer has contacted or before all problems are addressed is the last thing customers want, so make sure you take your time to confirm with clients that every problem has been considered, fully resolved, and ready for education
