Work Terms

To ensure a seamless, professional, and successful collaboration, I adhere to the following work terms:

1. Project Discussion & Scope:
Before any project begins, we will thoroughly discuss your requirements, milestones, and deliverables. A clear Scope of Work (SOW) must be agreed upon to avoid scope creep and ensure both parties are aligned.

2. Payment & Milestones:

For fixed-price projects, payments must be divided into clear, milestone-based segments via Guru Safepay.

A minimum deposit/milestone activation is required before work commences.

For hourly projects, work hours will be accurately logged using Guru's official tools, and invoices are expected to be settled weekly.

3. Communication & Updates:

I believe in transparent and proactive communication. You will receive regular progress updates (and Git commits for software projects).

Primary communication will be conducted through Guru messages to maintain a clear record. Video calls can be scheduled if necessary.

4. Revisions & Support:

Every project includes a designated number of revisions (specified in our initial agreement) to fine-tune the deliverables.

I provide 14 days of complimentary post-delivery support for any bugs or minor adjustments related to the original scope.

5. Confidentiality & IP:
Your intellectual property and project data are fully secure with me. I am happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) if required.
