Work Terms

I offer custom character design and illustration services, with a 50% deposit required to begin work and the remaining balance due upon completion. Standard turnaround time is 5-7 business days, and I provide 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are charged at $20 per revision. Upon full payment, you will receive ownership rights to the design, but I retain the right to showcase it in my portfolio. Cancellations after work begins incur a 50% cancellation fee, while full refunds are available if canceled before work starts. Clear communication and feedback within 48 hours are appreciated to keep the project on track.
