Hours of Operation:
My working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (CST). However, I am available for urgent matters outside of these hours.
Payment Terms:
I require a 50% deposit to start any project, with the remaining balance due upon completion. I accept payment through PayPal or bank transfer. All payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date.
Preferred Communication Style:
I understand the importance of communication in any project, and I aim to keep my clients updated throughout the process. I prefer to communicate through email or phone calls, depending on the client's preference. I typically respond to emails within 24 hours during my working hours, and I am available for phone calls by appointment.
