Work Terms

1. Project Discussion
Every project starts with a detailed discussion to understand your requirements, goals, and timeline before any work begins.

2. Advance Payment
A 50% advance payment is required before starting the project. The remaining 50% is due upon completion and delivery.

3. Project Timeline
Delivery timelines are shared after understanding the full scope of work. Timelines may vary depending on project complexity.

4. Revisions
Up to 2 rounds of free revisions are included after delivery. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

5. Communication
Clear and regular communication is maintained throughout the project via chat, email, or calls — whichever the client prefers.

6. Scope of Work
Any changes to the original project scope (additional pages, features, or services) will be quoted separately.

7. Source Files & Access
Full website access (login credentials, hosting/domain details if applicable) is required to begin work, and will be returned/secured upon project completion.

8. Support
7–15 days of free post-delivery support is provided for bug fixes related to the delivered work (not for new features).

9. Cancellation Policy
If a project is cancelled midway by the client, payment will be due for the work completed up to that point.

10. Confidentiality
All client information and project details are kept strictly confidential.
