Work Terms

Hours of Operation

Mon–Fri, 09:00
Client Meetings: Available Monday to Friday, 10:00-16
Urgent support Available after hours/weekends with prior arrangements (Premium rates may apply)

Holidays: Kenya Public Holidays Observed

Payment Terms
Models: Monthly retainer or project-based (hourly available upon request)
Projects: 50% deposit to begin; the rest upon milestones/de
livery completion
Retainers: Billed on a month-to-month basis in advance, these retainers for
Due date: Net 7 days from invoice date; work may stop if over 5 business days old
Method: Bank Transfer / M-Pesa / Card | Currency: KES / USD (on request)
Expenses: Pre-approved and cost-based with receipts

Taxes: All fees are excluding taxes, i.e., VAT if applicable.

Scope Changes: Controlled through change order – fees/timelines adjusted
