I'm Sandip Pathe — a full-stack AI and software engineer based in Mumbai, India. I turn ambiguous problems into working systems.
I specialize in two areas:
1. AI Workflow Automation — I build production-grade automation pipelines using n8n, Python, FastAPI, LangChain, and LangGraph. I've shipped systems like Artha (a voice-native AI BI tool for merchants using GPT-4o + Whisper), automated KYC document pipelines, and real-time compliance monitoring agents.
2. RegTech for Indian Fintech — As founder of Anaya, I've built a compliance-as-code platform that scans fintech codebases for RBI, SEBI, DPDPA 2023, and PCI DSS violations. It includes a CLI scanner (anaya-scan), a GitHub App for CI/CD compliance gates, and a Next.js dashboard.
My edge: I understand the full stack — infra to UX — so everything I ship is production-ready, well-documented, and built to last. I work fast, stay technical throughout, and never deliver fragile prototypes.

Work Terms
Available Mon-Sat, 9 AM - 10 PM IST (UTC+5:30). Typically respond within 2-4 hours during working hours.
Payment: Milestone-based or hourly. Prefer clear scope before starting. Happy to do a paid discovery call for complex projects.
Communication: Async-first via Guru messages. Can do video calls for project kickoffs and weekly syncs. Detailed written updates provided at each milestone.
I work with a signed work agreement and deliver code via GitHub with documentation included.
