Hi, I’m Sarabjot, a tech enthusiast, project strategist, and lifelong learner passionate about building impactful digital solutions. My professional journey began with a strong academic foundation: a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from Symbiosis Institute of Technology, followed by a Master’s in Information Technology from Vellore Institute of Technology. These years shaped my love for problem-solving, emerging technologies, and the art of turning ideas into scalable products.
Professionally, I’ve been fortunate to work with some of the world’s leading technology firms. My career started at Cognizant Technology Solutions as a Frontend Developer, where I honed my skills in building responsive and modern web applications using React.js, Next.js, Redux, and Context API. I focused on creating intuitive user interfaces, ensuring high performance, and integrating APIs to deliver seamless digital experiences. This period allowed me to sharpen my understanding of frontend best practices and cross-browser compatibility while experimenting with frameworks like Tailwind CSS and Material UI.
In 2020, I joined Accenture as a Senior Mobile App Developer. Here, I shifted gears from solely frontend to full-stack and mobile development, expanding my technical expertise to React Native, Node.js, Express.js, and Python Flask. I worked extensively with backend integrations, REST and GraphQL APIs, and cloud technologies such as AWS and Docker. Whether it was implementing payment systems like Stripe and PayPal, integrating secure authentication with OAuth and Auth0, or building scalable server-side applications, I enjoyed bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution.
By late 2021, I transitioned into project leadership as a Project Manager at Accenture. In this role, I led cross-functional teams, managing the complete lifecycle of mobile and web application development. From defining scope and objectives to budgeting, scheduling, risk mitigation, and Agile/Scrum implementation, I thrived at balancing technical depth with strategic oversight. My role demanded strong collaboration with developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products on time. This phase was pivotal—it helped me evolve from an individual contributor to a team leader, ensuring innovation aligned with business goals.
Beyond work, I believe in balance and curiosity. Football keeps me competitive, music and movies keep me creative, while traveling fuels my appreciation for cultures and perspectives. I’m always exploring new technologies and trends, whether it’s the latest in AI, blockchain, or software engineering practices, and I enjoy reading as a way to expand my thinking beyond code and projects.
