Hello, and thank you for reading my profile. I am the COO of Futero, Inc, (futero.com) we are located in California and Colombia. We are a contact center/call center, but we more operate like a virtual staffing agency and headhunting agency. We have over 50 agents working various projects in various industries all in house in both California and Colombia. All staff are bilingual in English and Spanish, and have many different skills that pertain to modern business. Our specialty is Inbound and Outbound calling, customer service, sales, customer support, virtual assistant, agents are the core of our business. Our facilities have all the possible modern and up to date telephony , software, and hardware available. Therefore, our agents are seasoned, experienced, and well equipped to tackle any challenge with our area of expertise. In addition, we have over 100 talented agents on standby available to work on projects, according to their skill set.
