Simple whimsy.

I am an illustrator in New York City. I work in several styles, most of which draw heavily on a children's book aesthetic, with a preference for whimsical details. My main style is focused on character and color; it individualizes through clothing, attitude and character-specific iconography. I enjoy playing with the contrast between simple lines and detailed textures (though often flat color works best).

Work Terms

I work at odd and varied hours, but I roughly keep to Eastern Standard Time.
