Senior Project & Program Manager with over 16 years of experience leading end-to-end technology and infrastructure projects for tier-1 clients across Latin America. I've managed multi-country portfolios of up to USD 20M annually across 6 countries, led cross-functional teams of up to 15 people, and served as the single point of contact between clients and internal stakeholders — from planning through successful project closure.

PMP-certified (PMI), with strong expertise in scope definition, risk and budget management, stakeholder alignment, and governance frameworks (PMO). I bring structured, results-driven delivery to organizations that need reliable execution and clear reporting, backed by a track record of managing complex, high-stakes projects under pressure.

Outside of work, I'm passionate about continuous learning in technology and leadership, staying active outdoors, and mentoring early-career professionals in project management.

Work Terms

Available full-time, with flexibility for part-time or hourly engagements depending on project scope. Standard working hours: 9 AM–6 PM (GMT-3, Argentina), with flexibility to overlap with US and European business hours when needed.
Preferred communication: platform messaging for initial contact, video calls for kickoff and status meetings.
Typical response time: within 24 hours on business days. Open to discussing milestone-based or hourly payment terms depending on project structure. I provide clear, regular progress reporting and proactive communication on risks or blockers throughout the engagement.
