My name is Seiha Heng. I am a Cambodian of origin. I am based in Berlin, Germany.

I am project administrator and graphic designer for the fashion industry. I launch my online fashion design in mid of 2014 concentrating on street fashion for men in Berlin. I also work for different project for business branding development including building up brand name such as Logo design, business card, flyer, etc.

I provide also the service for freelancing for fashion design for collection development and photography project including Photo editing and photo shooting Landscape, portrait and headshots.

Work Terms

I am flexible. It is depended on the discussion with you. We find a way together to communicate effectively and exercising the jobs given.

After I am selected. We can discuss of terms and conditions of work. You have to provide me all necessary information regarding your project and I will provide you back with initial concepts. After approval of the project concepts, you need to pay 25% of the amount of work. After your approval of revision of concepts and step to final project work another 50% is expected to make. The final work will be submitted and upon your satisfaction, the last 25% is paid.

I will submit the work though email and/or Dropbox. In necessary case, we can discuss online through all possible media.

After the project is approved by you. I will submit all necessary files and folders to you electronically. Upon completion, I will not save or keep any of your project data. I will delete from my data files and it is out of my responsibilities in case of any future reference.

The medium of payment you can make through Paypal or Bank transfer.
