Project Type & Scope:
I will deliver work as described in the project brief. Any additional features or tasks outside the original scope may require a separate agreement.
Payment Terms:
Fixed Price: 50% upfront before starting the project, 50% on completion and approval.
Hourly: Payment based on agreed hourly rate, tracked via Guru Work Room.
Timeline & Delivery:
I will provide estimated delivery dates based on project complexity. Any delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.
Revisions:
Up to 2 rounds of revisions are included. Additional revisions may require extra fees.
Communication:
I will provide regular updates via Guru messaging. Urgent updates can be handled through email or call if agreed.
Ownership & Rights:
Upon full payment, all rights to the work will be transferred to the client. Until payment is complete, I retain ownership.
Confidentiality:
All project details, files, and communications will be kept confidential unless prior written consent is given.
Dispute Resolution:
In case of disagreement, both parties agree to resolve issues through Guru’s dispute resolution system.
