Available: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (GMT+6 / Bangladesh Time)
Can adjust hours for long-term clients to overlap with US / EU time zones
Weekend work possible for urgent tasks or production issues, by prior agreement.
Project Engagement & Scope
Before starting, we will:
- Define clear scope, acceptance criteria, and priorities
- Agree on test environments, access, and test data
- Confirm tools to be used (e.g., JIRA, Git, Jenkins, Selenium, JMeter, Postman, etc.)
I provide regular status updates and a final test summary report at the end of each milestone.

All payments must be processed through Guru Safe Pay.
Communication Style & Channels
Primary communication: Guru messages and email
Can also use: , Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet (for stand-ups, demos, clarifications)
I prefer clear written requirements and will ask questions early to avoid misunderstandings
Response time: usually within 12–24 hours on working days.
Reporting & Deliverables
Depending on the project, deliverables may include:
- Test plan and/or test strategy (if required)
- Test cases, checklists, or BDD scenarios (Cucumber)
- Bug reports with steps to reproduce, expected vs actual results, severity, screenshots/logs
- Automation scripts (Selenium, TestNG, Maven, Cucumber, Rest Assured, JMeter) with instructions
- Final test summary report and recommendations
Confidentiality & Code Ownership
All project information, test data, and code are treated as confidential.
Ownership of automation scripts and test artifacts can be transferred to the client as agreed in the contract.
I do not share client details or code in public repositories without written permission.
Revisions & Support
I’m happy to fix issues directly related to my work within a reasonable revision period after delivery.
Ongoing maintenance or additional scope can be handled via new milestones or hourly tasks.
