My usual process starts with a strategy call or setup review so I can understand your offer, lead sources, funnel, CRM, workflows, sales process, and current bottlenecks before building anything.

Once the scope is clear, I map the system, build inside GoHighLevel or your connected tools, test all triggers, forms, workflows, notifications, pipelines, calendars, and integrations, then provide Loom walkthroughs so you and your team know exactly how everything works.

I prefer clear communication, organized feedback, and milestone-based execution. For larger projects, I usually break the work into phases so we can move fast without creating chaos.

I work with US-based clients often and maintain strong EST-friendly availability for calls, updates, and project execution.

For payment, I prefer funded milestones or SafePay before work begins. This keeps the project clean and protects both sides.
