Work Terms
Hours of Operation:
I'm based in Pakistan (PKT, UTC+5) and typically work Monday through Saturday. I keep flexible hours to overlap with clients in the US, UK, Europe, and Middle East time zones, and I'm happy to schedule calls at times convenient for you. You can expect a response to messages within a few hours during working days, and within 24 hours at most.
Payment Terms:
All payments are handled securely through Guru SafePay. For fixed-price projects, I prefer milestone-based payments — we agree on clear deliverables upfront, and payment is released as each milestone is completed and approved. For hourly work, I bill weekly with transparent time tracking. Funds should be secured in SafePay before work begins.
Communication Style:
Clear and proactive communication is a priority. I provide regular progress updates (typically every 2–3 days or at agreed checkpoints), share demos and intermediate results early, and flag any blockers or scope questions as soon as they arise. I'm comfortable communicating via Guru messages, email, or video calls — whatever works best for you.
How I Work:
Before starting, I like to align on scope, deliverables, and success criteria in writing. This keeps projects predictable and avoids surprises. All code and documentation are delivered in an organized, production-ready form with handover support included.
