Work Terms

Work Hours:

Available Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GMT+5).

Flexible scheduling for urgent tasks and different time zones (by prior agreement).

Regular updates via Slack, Zoom, or preferred client communication channel.

Payment Terms:

Hourly or fixed-price model depending on project scope.

Upfront deposit: 30–50% of the project cost before starting work.

Remaining balance due upon completion & approval of deliverables.

For long-term/hourly work — invoicing is done weekly or bi-weekly via the platform or agreed payment method.

Revisions & Scope:

1–2 rounds of revisions included (based on the initial agreement).

Additional revisions or new features outside the agreed scope will be billed separately.

Communication & Reporting:

Progress updates shared daily or weekly depending on the project type.

All discussions and agreements will be documented for clarity.

Delivery & Ownership:

Full source code, documentation, and assets will be handed over after final payment.

All intellectual property rights transfer to the client upon full payment.
