Work Terms
Hours of Operation: I'm available 6–7 days a week and typically online 10+ hours a day (Pakistan Standard Time, GMT+5). I comfortably overlap with US, UK, EU, Middle East, and Australian time zones — most clients hear back from me within 1–2 hours, often faster.
Communication: Clear and proactive. I provide regular progress updates without being asked, and I'm happy to communicate through Guru messages, and video or voice calls for project discussions. You'll always know exactly where your project stands.
Payment Terms: I work through Guru's SafePay for full protection on both sides. For fixed-price projects, I prefer milestone-based payments tied to clear deliverables — you only release payment when you've seen the work. Hourly arrangements are also welcome for ongoing or open-ended tasks.
How I Work: Every project starts with a short discussion to lock down requirements, followed by a clear plan with timelines. I deliver on schedule, include reasonable revisions, and make sure you're fully satisfied before final handover. After delivery, I don't disappear — support and maintenance are always available.
