I am an architectural designer and BIM-focused professional with experience in architectural design, 2D drafting, Revit BIM modeling, 3D visualization, and presentation drawings. I enjoy transforming ideas, sketches, and requirements into accurate, functional, and visually appealing architectural solutions.

My experience includes working on residential, commercial, institutional, and large-scale architectural projects, along with practical exposure to construction sites. I have also gained professional experience through internships and project-based work, where I worked on 3D modeling, architectural visualization, hospital and auditorium projects, warehouse modeling, façade studies, and roof-garden design.

I work with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, and Canva. My main focus is on producing clean architectural drawings, well-organized BIM models, realistic visualizations, and professional presentations.

I believe good architecture should combine creativity, functionality, accuracy, and practicality. I pay close attention to dimensions, spatial planning, circulation, detailing, and client requirements rather than focusing only on appearance. My goal is to provide reliable work that clients can confidently use for presentations, design development, and further project documentation.

I am continuously developing my skills in BIM workflows, architectural visualization, and professional architectural practice because I believe learning should never stop in architecture.

Outside of architecture, I enjoy fitness, sports, exploring design ideas, and working on creative projects. These interests help me stay disciplined, creative, and motivated in my professional work.

Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
I am available Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time, UTC+5). I can also coordinate with international clients and adjust meeting times when required.

Payment Terms:
For fixed-price projects, I prefer to work with an agreed project scope, deliverables, price, and deadline before starting. For larger projects, the work can be divided into milestones. Hourly projects are billed according to the agreed hourly rate.

Communication Style:
I prefer clear and professional communication through Guru messages. I provide regular project updates and discuss important design decisions before making major changes. I am comfortable communicating through text, voice calls, or online meetings when required.

Revisions:
I welcome reasonable revisions based on the agreed project scope. Any additional work outside the original requirements can be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.

Project Requirements:
To begin efficiently, I prefer receiving drawings, dimensions, reference images, project requirements, and any relevant specifications from the client.

My priority is clear communication, accurate work, meeting deadlines, and building long-term professional relationships with clients.
