My desire has always been to help people. I have always had a knack for anything technical such as software and computers. My passion for working with Salesforce began 4 years ago, quite by chance. I was unhappy at a job at that time and looking for work elsewhere. I stumbled upon an ad for a sales ops analyst and applied. I received a call the next day asking if I would consider a different position as Technical Manager for the company customer service department. I accepted and it's all history from there.
I fell in love with the app right away. Having worked in Sales/Commercial organizations for many years prior to my exposure to Salesforce, I wondered, "Where has this tool been all of my life?!" Salesforce was a perfect conduit for me to satisfy the desire to help as well as utilize my technical savvy.
My goal is to get my company off the ground. I started SK Andreas Consulting LLC back in January 2016. I have worked with a previous employer on projects as a contractor and really enjoyed it. I do have a full time job that keeps me busy during the days, but my real desire is to branch out and help others that do not need a full time Admin on nights and weekends.
I would love the opportunity to offer advice and best practices to anyone that is interested in improving their Salesforce instance.
Nights, weekends (less than 15 hours/week), hourly rates (negotiable depending on job), prefer communicate by email.
