Full Cycle Recruiter and Virtual Assisant Extraordinaire

After 5 1/2 years in an 8am-5pm role managing a team of recruiters for a top 100 CPA firm, I've decided to switch things up. This is my first time using Freelancer, even though I've done freelance work in the past. Though I don't have reviews on Freelancer just yet, I'd be happy to provide references who can attest to my work ethic.

I have an extensive background managing teams, conducting full cycle recruitments, developing and winning proposals, developing strategic relationships with clients, and performing a variety of administrative and operational duties.

I have intermediate to advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office, Adobe Suites, CRM systems (Microsoft CRM, Siebel), ATS systems (Bullhorn, iCims), timekeeping/financial software(Practice Management, STAR, and ADP).

I can be pretty flexible in regards to schedule and deadlines.
