I worked in Sutherland Global Service as Quality Analyst. My work is to spot errors on what Customer Service is making train them and support them in the errors they do. Its a People Management work. I used to handle a team of 25 members. My work includes

4) Doing analysis of Customer service and circulating it to Managers
5) Training.
