I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Technology Management (Honours) at Universiti Teknologi MARA, building upon my foundation from a Diploma in Office Management and Technology from UiTM Alor Gajah. My academic background has equipped me with essential skills to manage office environments efficiently while integrating modern technologies. I have experience in data management, office administration, business technology applications, workflow and document handling, financial tools, and customer service as I studied in this field. I also have previous work experience as a customer service representative, which strengthened my communication skills and ability to handle tasks professionally in a fast-paced environment. Outside of academics and work, I enjoy reading as a way to continuously learn and unwind.
In my role, I am responsible for managing and maintaining data systems to ensure accuracy, security, and accessibility. This includes organizing and storing data, implementing policies to ensure data integrity and compliance, and supporting efficient data use across the organization to enable accurate reporting, analysis, and decision-making.
