I’m a Remote Technical Operations and Systems Support Specialist with over 16 years of combined experience across operations, systems support, and technical coordination, including SaaS-based environments.
I currently support SaaS clients through a virtual assistant agency, working closely with internal teams to ensure systems, workflows, and content operations run smoothly and consistently. My role bridges operations and technical support, focusing on keeping tools aligned, data structured, and processes functioning reliably.
My experience includes daily work with platforms such as Webflow (CMS), Airtable, HubSpot, Shopify, and structured automation workflows. I onboard brands, tools, and agencies into organized systems, validate data accuracy, monitor outputs, and resolve issues when processes do not behave as expected. While I don’t build automations from scratch, I understand how interconnected systems function and can quickly identify and correct problems.
I also assist with operational documentation and client-facing deliverables, including Statements of Work, internal process reviews, and learning resources created from training sessions. I have experience reviewing documentation for clarity, consistency, and missing or overlapping sections, and communicating improvements clearly.
