AI Engineer
Hi, my name is Shuntoria Reid, and I’m an AI Engineer and full-stack developer with experience in Python, SQL, JavaScript, React, Node.js, APIs, automation, and AI-assisted development workflows. I enjoy building practical solutions that solve real problems and make systems more efficient.
My top three career achievements are: first, building full-stack applications that connect clean front-end experiences with reliable backend APIs and databases. Second, working on AI and data-related projects, including model evaluation, data quality review, and automation workflows. Third, bringing a strong support and troubleshooting background into engineering, which helps me communicate clearly, debug issues, and understand user needs.
I’m looking for new opportunities because I’m ready to grow in a role where I can contribute more deeply to AI-powered products, work with a strong technical team, and keep building solutions that have real business impact. I’m especially interested in opportunities where I can combine software engineering, AI, and problem-solving in a meaningful way.
Work Terms
I am available Monday through Sunday with a flexible schedule, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. I can adjust my hours based on the project needs, deadlines, and client time zone.
My preferred payment structure is hourly, especially for AI engineering, frontend development, automation, debugging, and ongoing project work. I am also open to discussing fixed-price milestones for clearly defined tasks.
For communication, I prefer clear written communication through Guru messages, or project management tools. I’m comfortable with video calls when needed for project kickoff, requirements review, or progress updates. I value timely communication, clear expectations, and regular updates so the project stays organized and on track.
