Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
Develop trends analysis and projections for the firm's overhead & sales.
Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
Analyzes revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets.
Assists management to make financial decisions.
Circulating monthly overhead report to all concern Dept. for cost control.
Review spending against budget, with individual departments.
Examine financial and legal documents to verify accuracy and adherence to financial regulations and acceptable financial principles.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
Manage quality control over financial transactions and reporting
Prepare or oversee the preparation of financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and analyses of future earnings or expenses, account payable.
