Mechanical Design & Development Engineer with good skill of documentation and writing
Undertaken projects are:-
1. NPD of Hair Straightener & Bar Blender (PHILIPS).
2. Molding component’s data record.
3. 3D designing of JMG and other appliances.
KEY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
¨ 3D Part designing and assembly using CAD (Solid works).
¨ Assisted in NPD & its documentations (Change Notes, PFD,
Control Plans, PFMEA, QDS, PSW, WI, etc.)
¨ Assisted in development of components for trails.
¨ Assisted in development of fixtures for line assembly.
¨ Managing and organizing the set-ups for product
development in line assembly.
¨ Computing and maintaining the report sheet of different
molded components.
¨ Maintaining a good cordial relation from suppliers and
customers.
