Work Terms

WORK TERMS
• Work starts after clear instruction and agreement on scope
• One revision allowed per task unless stated
• Client provides all needed materials before work begins

• I deliver based on agreed deadline and task complexity

HOURS OF OPERATION
• Monday to Saturday
• 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (WAT)
• Messages outside hours get response during next work window
• Urgent work requires prior agreement

PAYMENT TERMS
• 50% payment before starting work
• 50% balance after delivery
• Full payment required for small tasks
