- Changes or additions outside the initial scope will be discussed and potentially subject to additional charges.

**Timelines:**
- A timeline will be established based on the project scope. I strive to meet all deadlines; however, timely feedback and provision of required materials from your side are crucial in maintaining these timelines.

**Payment Terms:**
- Will adhere to the procedure as instructed by Guru.

**Ownership & Licensing:**
- Third-party assets (e.g., stock images) may come with their own licensing agreements that need adherence.
- Source files can be provided if requested and agreed upon beforehand.

**Confidentiality:**

**Cancellation Policy:**
- Should either party choose to cancel the project before completion, notice must be given in writing.
