Our team consistently trains on the services we offer in order to be kept up to date. The digital marketing arena changes the best practices guidelines on a regular basis - especially Google.
We highly recommend measuring as many as your marketing campaigns as possible. The respective softwares we use will collect the data for analysis. This will determine what works & what doesn't work then your marketing campaigns will be tweaked accordingly.
Using your marketing budget wisely is of utmost importance to us. Our intent is to actually save you money in the long run.
We believe communication is vital in planning the marketing strategies that will fit your objectives and budget. Therefore, we use a DEP strategy. D - Discovery Call is free of charge (30-45 minutes); E - Evaluation Call is free of charge (30-45 minutes); P - Planning Call (up to 2 hours) will be a follow up if a client pays for a marketing plan or a proposal .
If we place a bid on your job posting, you can talk to us at no charge. The discovery call will be used to gather information about your business, your objectives and why you are seeking marketing assistance. If both parties feel we might be a good fit, we'll schedule the Evaluation call after we've had time to look over your digital footprint and brainstorm about the other information that was provided to us.

Work Terms
Our hours of operation are USA based & are typically Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST. We realize our clients are busy running their businesses so our schedule is flexible.
Our payment terms vary from project to project. To start a project we require a down payment to cover our upfront costs.
