As an entrepreneur, Pradeep pioneered import substitution of intricate machinery and turnkey plants through collaborative research and innovation in the confectionery industry in India. In this role, Pradeep was a key player in the initial design and installation of many key components at the Wrigley's India plant, and that of a working model of an ancient distillery at the Mauritius Government museum, just to name a few accomplishments, not to discount reviving and expanding a business owned by his family to greater heights.Ten years later, Pradeep decided to move on due to personal compulsions to take up a challenging opportunity to work for a plastic extrusion firm in Dubai as the head of their maintenance division and later changed course to IT after due training, and landed in the U.S. as a business analyst at the Exxonmobil downstream HQ. While Pradeep continues to work in the roles of PM and SBA, sometimes as an independent consultant via his own company, and sometimes as an employee of other companies, the entrepreneur in him continues to search for the right opportunity to get back in the game he is designed for - entrepreneurship! 9 Am to 5 Pm Eastern Time - flexible as the work demands. Weekly remuneration based on work progress reported and accepted. For Fixed price contracts, pay per agreed terms for buckets of work delivered. Communicate via all available communication channels as needed.
