Scientific research and experiments
Tomsk is a city with strong scientific school based on more than 10 scientific research insti-tutes of the Russian Academy of Science. Numerous innovative companies and startups are located in Academgorodok district, where the Special Economic Area of research and produc-tion type is organized. Combined with the unique academic community represented by 6 state universities, all this provides perfect conditions for scientific research and experiments, where our company takes part actively.
In our “R&D-center of ITS” we perform research and experiments related to:
1. Optimization of compression algorithms for speed and quality
2. Useful ways of video analysis application in industrial solutions
3. Improvement of multimedia data broadcasting stability
4. IoT usage for industrial and everyday application
5. Complex solutions based on AI, deep education and big-data processing algorithms for new knowledge extraction and creation.
Devices design and prototyping
Having close relations with companies producing modern devices based on GPU, FPGA and mobile processors, we design and develop prototypes of different devices - from industrial to personal and mobile using the most innovative approaches and solutions. The devices we work on – are:
1. Computing devices including hardware and software components for highly specialized problems and tasks
2. Video filters and codecs with hardware acceleration and fully GPU-based
3. Multi-sensor video cameras
4. Hubs of blockchain data
5. Controllers for automated robotic devices

Work Terms
We are located in GMT+7, working hours are from 10AM till 19PM.
We are an agile/SCRUM company. We practice agile where possible, because it allows to make estimation and planning more precise and the development process more predictable and controllable.
We are always ready to sign NDA and contract, describing working terms, time, cost and material options.
We use redmine as a project tracking software and are ready to share our project status with customer to be sure, that the work is in progress.
We use 2-week sprints with progress meetings every monday 11AM (GMT+7).
We prefer communication via e-mail and Skype. Other messangers are also welcome.
We are located in the office building in Russia, Tomsk, Krasnoarmeyskaya, 146. The whole team is in house, we don't work with freelancers, because we are serious about HR.
