I happen to be a people's person and working in collaboration to deliver results was my keep sense of satisfaction from childhood. I would like to deliver my service out of my skills acquired as a part of my work experience as an HR executive. Graduated 3rd rank in MBA (HR Specialization) , my dreams carry me to becoming a leader without title. Hence i started my career with HR activities and operations that forms the core of HR policies and later gain an experience to build on becoming General HR practitioner.
