Speechless launched in 2005 as a copywriting, editing, and voice-over business. Agency principal, Hana Haatainen Caye, is an award winning writer and actress, with awards in poetry, fiction, blogging, and performing. Her voice is heard internationally on commercials, PSAs, audio books, corporate narrations, IVRs, eLearning modules, training videos, and more. Specializing in children's narrations, Hana has narrated over 150 children's books and programs. In addition to adept skills in business writing, she is the published author of over 35 children's books for Marvel's award-winning iStorybook line, a non-fiction book (Vinegar Fridays), and over 50 magazine articles. She has also worked as a ghostwriter and editor for both fiction and non-fiction books and is multi-published with the international best-selling series, Chicken Soup for the Soul. She is a sought after speaker and writing workshop leader. Her blog, Green Grandma, focuses on common sense greener and healthier living.
Work Terms
I am available six days a week and can often offer 24-hour turnaround on smaller projects. I request 20% up front if a project is over $100, with 30% at the halfway point, and the final 50% after satisfactory completion of the project. Terms are negotiable.
