I´m brazilian and I´ve been in Argentina for 10 years.
I have more than 7 years of experience as a techinal support agent and focal point. I´m in charge of the communication between the company and the clients, also translating and editing work instructions and related documents for the company.
In my current job, I work directly managing and assisting our indian teams to constant optimize the services and attention provided all over the world, reporting to our office in England. Also making sure our external partners teams in Latin America work side by side with internal teams to provide everything required on time and ensure client satisfaction.
